Alan Bowser is a member of the Bar in the States of Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia.  

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Bar Associations of Montgomery County, Maryland and Dade County, Florida.  

He is licensed to practice in State and Federal Courts.
